Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is well known for providing makeup lovers with amazing brow products, and the new Dipbrow Pomade is no exception. I have been eyeing mousse/gel type brow products for awhile now, specifically Tarte's emphasEYES amazonian clay brow mousse, but kept shying away from making the purchase. One of the main reasons I held off on the Tarte product specifically was the high price of 28 USD…and boy am I glad I did!

My First Mac Palette!

I think everyone can agree that picking 15 colors from the 136 (or so) that Mac has to offer can be a very trying task. It took me a year before I finalized my choices for my first pro palette, and here are the results! Of course, you will notice that there are 17 shadows in my palette. I decided not to use the insert that comes with it because it allows you more space (about 8-10 extra shadows depending on how you arrange them). I de-potted two shadows I already owned and threw those bad boys in with the rest.

Before I start posting I thought I should quickly introduce myself. My name is Monica, and I run Schmidty Makeup. Let it be known from the start, I am not a makeup artist! I hope that one day I am but right now I am just an average girl with a passion for the art and beauty of life.
